Pamaro Travel — Travel Services Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pamaro Travel. By submitting an inquiry or requesting travel planning services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Travel Services Agreement.
1. Our Role
Pamaro Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. We research, recommend, and arrange travel services through third‑party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
2. Third‑Party Suppliers
All travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Pamaro Travel is not responsible for supplier acts, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures. Your bookings are subject to each supplier’s own terms and conditions.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Incorrect information may result in additional costs or denied travel services.
4. Payments & Pricing
All payments are made directly to the supplier unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, and policies are controlled by suppliers and may change at any time.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Supplier cancellation and change policies apply. Pamaro Travel is not responsible for fees, penalties, or losses resulting from cancellations, schedule changes, or missed travel.
6. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, entry requirements, health documents, and any other required travel documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pamaro Travel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or any loss caused by third‑party suppliers, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Review all travel documents for accuracy
Make payments on time
Follow supplier rules and policies
Communicate any issues promptly
10. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Travel Services Agreement.
