Terms & Conditions:
Pamaro Travel
Pamaro Travel acts as an independent travel agency and arranges travel services on behalf of our clients. By booking with Pamaro Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, itineraries, invoices, and confirmations provided by Pamaro Travel. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information, including names, dates, destinations, and travel requirements such as passports, visas, and vaccinations.
Payments & Fees:
All payments made through Pamaro Travel or directly to travel suppliers are subject to the supplier’s terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Pamaro Travel does not control supplier fees, penalties, or refund policies.
Clients authorize Pamaro Travel to use the payment information they provide to process deposits, final payments, and supplier-required charges. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the supplier.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds:
All cancellations, changes, and refund requests are subject to the policies of the travel supplier. Pamaro Travel does not control supplier penalties, deadlines, or refund decisions.
Clients understand that:
• Most deposits are non-refundable.
• Many airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Changes may result in additional fees from suppliers.
• Refunds, when permitted, may take several weeks to process.
Pamaro Travel will assist with cancellation or change requests, but we cannot guarantee supplier approval or reimbursement.
Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the required documentation to travel, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements mandated by their destination.
Pamaro Travel will provide general information when available, but it is the client’s responsibility to verify requirements with official government sources. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Travel Insurance:
Pamaro Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
Clients who decline travel insurance understand that they are fully responsible for any losses, expenses, or penalties incurred. Pamaro Travel is not responsible for denied claims or uncovered expenses.
Assumption of Risk:
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather events, natural disasters, political instability, supplier failures, and other unforeseen circumstances. By booking travel through Pamaro Travel, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Pamaro Travel is not responsible for losses or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure:
Pamaro Travel is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, weather events, or supplier insolvency. In such cases, refunds and remedies are determined solely by the travel suppliers.
Supplier Terms & Conditions:
All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation companies. By booking through Pamaro Travel, clients agree to be bound by the supplier’s policies, including payment schedules, cancellation penalties, change fees, and refund rules.
Pamaro Travel will provide supplier terms when available, but clients are responsible for reviewing all supplier policies before completing their booking.
Liability Release:
By booking travel through Pamaro Travel, clients agree to release Pamaro Travel from any liability for personal injury, property damage, accidents, delays, or other losses that may occur during travel. Clients understand that all travel is undertaken at their own risk.
Accuracy of Information:
Pamaro Travel makes every effort to ensure that all information provided is accurate at the time of quoting. However, prices, availability, schedules, and supplier policies are subject to change without notice. Pamaro Travel is not responsible for changes made by suppliers after information has been provided to the client.
Client Conduct:
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all rules, laws, and guidelines set by travel suppliers, destinations, and authorities. Pamaro Travel is not responsible for consequences resulting from client misconduct, refusal to comply with regulations, or disruptive behavior during travel.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from travel arrangements booked through Pamaro Travel shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pamaro Travel operates. Clients agree that any legal action must be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction for Pamaro Travel.
